This is a normal looking security camera. As you can see: The hood faces the front, pointing down (or in whatever direction you would want to film).
Here you see the camera pointing straight up and into the sky. Maybe they are trying to get some good video footage of the daily chemtrails? The airplanes leaving LAX? The local bird population?
Here you see the camera pointing straight into the ceiling. There’s nothing better than a video closeup of a fluorescent light!
And finally, the camera is pointing directly across the paved pathway and smack dab in the middle of a building wall. This camera is positioned too high as to capture any animals that may travel along this area.
Make no mistake about it, this is NOT coincidental placement. This was definitely something that was done purposely and strategically. What have these video screens missed?
I’m writing to Obama, this website with all it’s proof is the last straw for me. We have all this proof we need to call his attention to this blatant mistreatment and cruelty to innocent animals.

“what have these video screens missed?” I would hate to have the answer to that question as there must be some horrendous things going on that they don’t want recorded as they are clearly blatant in their mistreatment of the animals that have the misfortune of landing in that hellhole. An investigation into the practices and policies at this facility is clearly overdo.

Please sign and share to remove Marcia Mayeda-Director of Los Angeles Animal Care??, This petition has lingered so long, surely she thinks she is bullet-proof… It doesn’t take a lot of research to see what’s happening in the L.A. shelters, and when we see we know, when we know, we must act…otherwise, are we any better than the despicable others..??
